  • Yes, we DO NOT test on our furry friends! We are a Cruelty Free Makeup Company, certified by Leaping Bunny, which means that our products are never tested on animals. For more info click here. 

  • Are your products Vegan?
  • We absolutely support Vegan products. Unfortunately, our Lip Potions are not Vegan because our magical formula contains beeswax, which is one of the secret ingredients for smooth wear, moisture lock and longevity! 

  • How much is shipping?
  • Domestic (USA): $6.50 via USPS Priority Mail 
    International: $14 via DHL 
    Shablam currently does not offer other shipping options. Customs fees may apply to international orders depending on your country's postal service.

    We offer free shipping for US orders over $30 and International orders over $50!

  • Do you ship to my country?
  • Most Likely! Shablam Cosmetics ships to 36 countries worldwide, click here for the full list of countries we ship to. 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Domestic (USA): 2-5 business days once the order has been fulfilled.
    International: 6-12 business days once the order has been fulfilled.
    Orders are fulfilled on the same day or the following business day at the latest.

  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled. If you haven’t received your order within the above timeframe, please email us at & include your name and order #. A customer service rep will assist you ASAP.
  • When will my fave shade be back?

  • I have sensitive skin, where can I find your ingredient list?
  • Our ingredient list can be found at the bottom of each product page under the “ingredients” tab.

  • Can you mark my international package as GIFT or of a lower value?
    Sorry, we cannot do this as it is considered fraud and we’d like to continue shipping to your country :) Thanks for understanding!

  • My items were damaged in transit, what should I do?
    Don’t fret! Just send us an email to within 30 days of receiving your order with the following info:
    1. Your name and order #
    2. Photo attached of your damaged goods

  • Can I make a return? How?
  • Yes. Send an email to within 30 days of receiving your order with your name and order # AND please send the return item(s) back to:

    We will issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping once we have received the item(s) in the mail.

  • Can I make an exchange? How?
  • Yes. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you’d like to make a shade exchange for a product in stock please do the following:

    1. Email with your name and order & list 2-3 shades you’d like to make the exchange for *If in stock we will send you your first choice*.

    2. Send your exchange lipstick to:

    Once your return is received, we will ship your requested shade to you ASAP. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost to us, BUT we will take care of the shipping on the exchange product sent back to you. 

  • What do you do with returned products?
    We toss them upon arrival, of course ;) 

  • I received my product and the formula looks cracked. Is the product damaged?
    Not at all! Our products are highly pigmented so our magic formula sometimes needs to be activated. Just give it a few pumps with the wand before applying. 
  • Is the website safe to shop on? is a secure site and we do not store any sensitive data, such as credit/debit card numbers, on our servers.

  • There’s an error on your website (checkout problems, etc.)
